Torrey Commerce, Inc. ("TCI") operates this website, the Great Sleep Web site, pursuant to agreements with Great Sleep to facilitate your access to information about and purchase of our products. Our mission is to provide accurate and comprehensive information with the convenience of online purchasing so you can take advantage of the best pricing and product options available for your needs.
This Privacy Policy outlines our security structure and privacy procedures to assure you that we both understand your privacy concerns and wish to fully disclose our service as it relates to them. How and Why We Gather Information
You provide us with information when you navigate our online store, search for and add products to your shopping cart, and whenever you make a purchase. For example, when you make a purchase and complete the checkout process, you must provide us with your name, mailing address, email address, and credit card information including, but not limited to, the account holder name, the account number, the billing address, and the card expiration date, so that we may process your order timely and notify you of its status. You might also provide names, addresses and phone numbers for those to whom your purchases are to be shipped. The information in your account is available to you only if you provide the correct email address you provided to us during checkout and the order number provided by Great Sleep after checkout. Great Sleep has access to and may collect and analyze certain additional information related to your visits to our online store. In addition, we may collect and analyze the utilization of coupons or other promotional offers, which offers may be uniquely identifiable as having been delivered to certain persons or made available to specific groups. Updating Information
We may occasionally add to and update the information that we've collected with new information from outside sources. For example, we may be notified of changes of address and update our records accordingly before a package is delivered to the wrong address. Domain Name Recognition and "Cookies"
Web servers automatically recognize domain names. The Great Sleep Web site's server(s) will specifically recognize the domain name but will not gain automatic access to any other individually identifying customer information, including your e-mail address. With the exception of this automated process, the only information we collect about you is that which you volunteer either when requesting a catalog at the checkout screen, when you are ordering your products, or when you voluntarily participate in an online promotion, contest or survey.
Great Sleep uses a feature of your internet browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are small bits of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive for record keeping purpose. Each cookie assigns a unique, random number to your computer. Great Sleep does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer that you did not knowingly and voluntarily provide to us. Great Sleep also reserves the right to perform statistical analysis and profiling of our customers individually. This means your personal information alone may be evaluated by Great Sleep in order to provide services tailored directly toward you.
We have carefully selected a company, Coremetrics, to assist us in better understanding how people use our site. The Great Sleep Web site will place cookies on your computer to collect information. The information that is collected through these cookies tells us things like which search engine referred you, how you navigated around our site, what you browsed and purchased and what traffic is driven by banner ads and emails.
Coremetrics analyzes the information it collects from the Great Sleep Web site and returns it to us through a secure web connection. We use the information to help us understand your interests in the Great Sleep Web site and how to better serve you. It also helps us provide you with more personalized product offerings. Great Sleep does not allow Coremetrics to collect credit card information.

Contacting Our Customers
Great Sleep reserves the right to contact you via e-mail, phone, fax, mail, or other means to inform you of new information and changes to the site, to promote its services, to process orders purchased through our online store, or otherwise as Great Sleep sees fit. The recipients of e-mail messages from us may remove themselves from our e-mail list, and each e-mail we send out includes instructions on how to do so. In addition, if you would rather not receive e-mail messages, catalogs, or other mail from us, you can always opt-out by clicking here to exclude yourself from those to whom we may send catalogs or other mail.
