A great help, but not the best
On September 4, 2007:
it really did help my sleep, i've noticed i can run on 4-5 hours of sleep instead of 6-8 now. however it's not the best memory foam, feels more like regular foam as it does not hold the shape of your body for any amount of time. it is on the lower side of quality compared to most memory foams but it was worth buying even though i would rather buy a different one if i were to buy another.
