If you are not completely satisfied with your Live Comfortably product, simply return the product within 30 nights from the date of purchase to receive a full refund - excluding shipping charges.

 

Live Comfortably Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please call customer service at 1-866-355-2498 or email wecare@livecomfortably.com to request a UPS return label within 30 days of receipt. We will deduct a discounted shipping charge of $12.99 for using this UPS return service. (Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible.) All products must be returned in the original packaging and mailed to the address provided within 30 days of receipt– no returns will be accepted unless mailed in per above policy. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase.

 

When Your Return is Received

A refund to the credit card used for the original order will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Shipping charges are not refunded, unless we determine the return is the result of our error.

 

Returning Final Sale Clearance Items

Final Sale items are offered at a significant discount and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Final sale items are found in the clearance section and are generally products that are discontinued. The 30 Night Money Back Guarantee does not apply to final sale clearance items.
